1. Purpose:
Cards are issued free to valued regular guests as our
appreciation for their support. Members will benefit
from the points they earned in exchange for redemption
for food coupons, room stay, gifts, laundry coupons and
other range of services where applicable.
2. Eligibility Criteria
Any guest staying 3 times (paying rooms) in 6
consecutive months within one calendar year with our
Hotel will be eligible to join as a member.
3. Membership Discount Scheme
All members can enjoy late check-out at 4 p.m. Food &
Beverage Consumption inside the hotel under membership
point’s accumulation criteria will be earned by the
member.
4. Discount Rates
Members will be eligible for 30% discount on room stay
during weekend nights. (Saturday and Sunday)
5. Points Accumulation
Every One Malaysian Ringgit you spend within the Hotel
will count as One Point. Members can enjoy the points
criteria under membership price except Promotions and
Banquets.
6. Expiry
There is no expiry date for membership.
7. Redemption
Accumulated points can be redeemed for free night stay
or other services e.g. in exchange for breakfast, lunch
or dinner coupons, T-Shirts, Laundry coupon etc., where
applicable. Points redeemed will be automatically
deducted and balance brought forward.
8. Members who pay for other guests under their
own account will collect the bonus points.
9. Reward Points subject to change without
notice. Please refer to the Customer Service Centre for
update information.
10. In case of dispute, hotel reserves the right
for final decision.
11. Not exchangeable for cash.
